This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

Just to help clarify the situation regarding avalonechepark's gallery, I reported it previously for stolen works. When I checked back, all the gallery images were "in storage" awaiting permissions, or whatever system dA uses. The next time I checked back, all the images were gone and replaced with new, stolen work.
The fact that avalonechepark hasn't been banned isn't testament to the authenticity of the work in her/his gallery. It's testament to the fact that the dA moderators haven't a clue what they're doing.
I'd make these comments on avalonchepark's profile, but not long after making comments direct to the profile, they (avalonechepark) blocked me from making further comments. No reply, denial or explanation, just a block.
To be fair to the moderators, they must be overwhelmed with these problems, but if an account is stuffed with stolen work they really should just shut the account down.
